All orders are shipped with Australia Post and are fully traceable on their website. You can contact your local Australia Post branch if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

MISSING PARCELS

It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. SeaCycle Kids cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
